1. Introduction

Some of this information—particularly credit card payment information—may be transmitted to the third party payment processor that we use,www.bancbox.com , to enable us to process your payments, or you may be required to submit your information to www.bancbox.com directly. 7.2 Purchases

You will be required to provide your financial information to Stripe when paying LaunchAStartup or its Users for goods or services provided. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your payment details when making purchases through this third party, and we recommend that you conduct routine credit bureau checks to protect your identity.

7.3 Affiliate Links

We use affiliate links on our Site. In other words, we may promote a product or service that is sold by a third party. When you purchase these products or services from the third party, LaunchAStartup is not privy to the transaction, and we have no control over how your information is collected or stored. Therefore, we recommend that you thoroughly review such websites as much as we recommend that you do so under Section 7.1 of this Privacy Policy.

8. Third Party Access to Your Information

Although you are entering into an Agreement with LaunchAStartup to disclose your information to us, we do use third party individuals and organizations to assist us, including contractors, web hosts, and others.

For example, our web host stores the information that you provide us, and we may hire third parties to assist us in maintaining, repairing, improving, or otherwise assisting us with our Site and Services.
